About Your Trainer
Owner and head trainer, Lisa Austin, is excited to welcome you to Koru Group Fitness! With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Lisa will help guide your personal journey to better health. Motivated by a desire to combine the energy of group fitness with the individualized attention of personal training, Lisa has developed a program that blends the two seamlessly. As always, she is supported by her own team – husband, Chris and four children – Christopher, Robin, Drew and Stephen.
Koru Group Fitness is a unique studio where we believe in the power of group dynamics to motivate and support the individual goals of our clients. We offer small group training sessions by appointment only. Sessions are limited to 5 participants and provide a full body workout of strength, cardiovascular, and core training.
