I love Koru Fitness! Lisa Austin brings years of fitness professionalism to her clients in an hour of personal training within a group exercise class! How can she accomplish this?She tunes in to each of her clients, assesses where they are, their personal goals and what they need for their fitness journey. For me, she is intensely aware of my physical challenges (scoliosis, shoulder replacement, bad knees and ankles – and I am a “Sexagenarian”)! Lisa works with me to increase my power, strength, and capacity, assuring that I am using the proper form and amount of weight while still targeting my goals.
